Course Description

This practical and highly-interactive course includes various practical sessions and exercises. The course covers how this equipment operate and provides guidelines and rules that must be followed for a successful operation. Their basic design, operating characteristics, specification, selection criteria, advanced fault detection techniques, critical components as well as all maintenance issues are covered in detail. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various types of motors, variable-speed drives and generators. Participants will be able to specify, select, commission and maintain this equipment for their applications. Course participants will gain enough knowledge to achieve reduced capital, operating and maintenance costs along with increase in efficiency.

If this course is delivered online as a Virtual Training, the following limitations will be applicable:

Certificates	:	Only soft copy certificates will be issued
Training Materials	:	Only soft copy materials will be issued
Training Methodology	:	80% theory, 20% practical
Training Program	:	4 hours per day, from 09:30 to 13:30
