Course Description
This practical and highly-interactive course includes various practical sessions and exercises. Theory learnt will be applied using our state-of-the-art simulators.
Apollo Root Cause Analysis is a problem-solving method aimed at identifying the underlying causes of problems or events not just the symptoms to create effective solutions. It uses a systematic approach to analyze, document, communicate and eliminate the root causes of problems.
This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of Apollo Root Cause Analysis Facilitator. It covers the root cause analysis and the importance of effective problem solving; comparing and contrasting various RCA methods; the Apollo RCA methodology and principles; the Apollo RCA process, problem definition and reality charting; and the identification of causal factors and working with cause-and-effect relationships.
During this interactive course, participants will learn the effective actions and interactive problem-solving using Apollo RCA process; identifying and overcoming common challenges in Apollo RCA; analyzing and reviewing the problem solving, feedback and improvement techniques; the advanced Apollo RCA tools and dealing with complex scenarios in Apollo RCA; the application of Apollo RCA in risk management; the roles and responsibilities of an Apollo RCA facilitator; and the facilitation skills for effective Apollo RCA.
