SAP0015 : SAP Financial Accounting (FI)

 This practical and highly-interactive course includes real-life case studies and exercises where participants will be engaged in a series of interactive small groups and class workshops.

This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of SAP Financial Accounting (FI). It covers the SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA finance, financial accounting business processes and organizational structure in SAP FI; the master data concepts in SAP FI, general ledger (G/L) accounting overview and navigation and basic SAP transactions; the structure of chart of accounts, account groups and number ranges; the balance sheet versus P&L accounts and G/L account master data fields; and posting fundamentals in SAP FI, journal entries, manual postings and taxes in SAP FI. 

Further, the course will also discuss the clearing and open item management, financial reporting basics and accounts payable (vendor accounting); the vendor transactions and invoice processing, outgoing payments and payment programs; the accounts receivable (customer accounting), customer invoicing and incoming payments; the accounts reconciliation and reporting and asset accounting; and the asset master data management, asset transactions, depreciation accounting and period-end closing activities. 

During this interactive course, participants will learn the asset master data management, asset transactions, depreciation accounting and period-end closing activities; the financial statement preparation, integration of SAP FI with other modules and special G/L transactions; and the financial controls and compliance including financial reporting and analysis.
